RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the -Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides
for a planning and zoning committee to act int.all matters pertaining
to County planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action,, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Roger
Esperson, Rex Hansen, Ross Pierson and Orin Y.lvisaker. e
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for
rezonement to agricultural from agricultural -residential the

soils and including small contiguous tracts of Class III and VII
as defined by the SCS SoilsMaps:
