WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides ,
for a planning and zoning committee to act in all matters pertaining to
County planning and zoning, anj
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Conmittee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this conmittee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report !-Am

recommendations to the County Board for action, arri
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its -duties on the petition of Lafe and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to commercial from agricultural -residential the following
land: -R19W,
Part of the NEk of the NEk of Section 12, T31N
Somerset Township, as follows: commencing at the Northeast
corner thereof, thence South 29 rods, thence West 29 rods,
thence North 29 rods, thence East 29 rods to the place of
beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take
action for the adoption of the same.
