WHEREAS, there exists within the Glen Hills Cou-nty Park certain park -
roads that are open and available for use by the Dublic, and
WHEREAS, these Dark roads are maintained by the county for uninterrupted
public use throughout the year, and
WHEREAS, these Dark roads are available for -oublic use without the
payment of an entrance fee to the park, and
WHEREAS, the lands occupied by these park roads have not been reserved
for highway pur-ooses, and thus not eligible for transnortation
aids, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the public interest that certain
-nark roads previously established in the Glen Hills County Park
be dedicated for highway purposes and are described as follows:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described Dark roads be included
on the appropriate plat map used for transportation aids
computations.
