WHEREAS, there exists within the Pine Lake County Park a certain paen
road that is open and available for use by the public, and
WHEREAS, this park road is maintained by the county for uninterrupted
public use throughout the year, and
WHEREAS, this nark road is available for public use without the -oavment
of an entrance fee to the -park, and
WHEREAS, the land occupied by this park road has not been reserved for
highway purposes, and thu¬ eligible for trans-oortation
aids, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the -oublic interest that a
certain park road -previously established in the Pine Lake County
Park be dedicated for highway purposes and is described as
follo", I
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described park road be included
on the appropriate plat map used fortransportation aids
computatio-ns.
