LAND TO COMMERCIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL - RESIDENTIAL.

WHEREAS, theStatutesof the State of Wisconsin provides
for a planning and zoning committee to act in all matters pertaining
to County planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, anw,
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of _qlLentin R.
Boucher, Route 1, Star Prairie; Wisconsin 54026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE -IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for rezonement
to commercial from agricultural -residential the following described
parcel of land:
A tract of land measuring 150' x 300' located within the Wk
of the SA of the SWk of the NW of Section 12, T31N-R18W,
Town of Star Prairie.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said petitioner shall cause
Lo be recorded in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds Office the
original copy of agreement as attached and made part of this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER'RESOLVED that the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors consider the said recommendations as presented ap-i
