A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE AGREEME 'I
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ST. CROIX AND
ST. CROIX COUNTY SOCIAL SERVICES
EMPLOYEES LOCAL 662, TEAMSTERS
DATED JANUARY 1, 1978.
Section 1. That the revised Agreement between the Personnel Committee
of the Coun�-y—of St. Croix and St. Croix County Social Services Employees
Local 662, Teamsters, for the year January 1, 1978 through December 31, 1978,
is hereby adopted; -
That a copy of the 1977-78 Agreement and the amendments thereto are
attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated.herein by reference as though
fully set forth herein.
Section 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions contravening the
provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That if any part or parts of this Resolution are invalid, it
shall not invalidate the entire Resolution.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from
�nd after its passage and publication, and all wages and benefits shall be pa
in accordance with saild Agreement from January 1, 1978. 1
This Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the County Board
of the County of St. Croix, held this. day of April, 1978.
