RESOLUTION FOR THE RRINTIN G AND PUBLICATION
OF THE COUNTY BOARD PROCEEDINGS April 1978 thru February 1979.
WHEREAS the County Board Proceedings have been published by one newspaper for
each year and supplements sent to the other FIVE,,Newspapers,in St. Croix County for
distribution; AND
WHEREAS it has been deemed advisable -to publish'the CountyBoard.Proceedings after
each meeting to keep the Obblic currently info %rmed:;of'such proceedings, AND
WHEREAS it has been further deemed advisabletb submit such publication to the
SIX St. Croix County Newspapers,tor Bid, s
THEREFORE, such publication will b6.submitted'to SIX St. Croix County Newspaperss
for Bids:
NOW THEREFORE% BE IT RESOLVED' IT IS HEREBYRESOLVED THAT THE PUBLICATION OF THE
COUNTY BOARD PROCEEDINGS BE CONDUCTED IACOORDING THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES:
1. Bids shall be requested from the Six Newspapers for Type -setting 7 point on
8 point slug, 17 ern column. These bids are:s'ubmitted for the full County Board
year, and such bids must be submitted ,at,the I County Clerk's Office by April 5th, 1978
at 1:00 P.M., and are to include all minutes commencing with April, 1978 Session and
ending in February of the following year. The Schedule of County Board Sessions are
established at 9 (which includes Three.TWO day sessions) for the coming year.
Any extra sessions to be printed, would be pro -rated at a fair figure.
2. Such successful bidding newspaper shall print the proceedings*in supplement
form and deliver to the other FIVE Newspapers in said County, -and publish with the next
issue of that Newspaper.
3. Such successful bidder shall,be paid a flat fee.of $55.00 0,-lus $2.00 per 100
based on the circulation of each newspaper, after the first 1000 fo�- distribution of
each supplement by the other five newspapers. The following is the betail charges
based on the above Formula for the distribution of the supplements:

4. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED THAT IF A ONE DAY SESSION is held by the
County Board, Supplements and 3 3/4" x 6 3/4" pages of the proceedings must be published
within 30 days, TWO or more Day Session, the proceedings must be published within 45
days. For all Sessions there shall be 75 sets of such supplement printed in loose-leaf
form 3 3/4" x 6 3/4" punched to fit the loose-leaf note books and to be delivered to
the County Clerk.
5 * IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED That within 45 days of the February Session
of eadh year, the entire proceedings Oftthe County Board for the entire year shall be
bound in book form ( 100) and delivered to the County Clerk before the organizational
Session of the County Board in April.
