ESTABLISHMENT OF A SINKING FUND
WHEREAS, ST. CROIX COUNTY included an amount of $18,750.00 in the
1978 Tax Levy for the anticipated payment of 1978 Interest on the $385,000.00
Bond Issue for the construction of County Buildings in Hammond, And,
WHEREAS, the Bonds were not'issued until March 1, 1978 with the result
that the entire amount of $18,750.00 will not be dispersed in 1978,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a Sinking Fund be established
for the purpose of paying the interest on the above Bonds and the Balance
remaining in the Sinking Fund on December 31, 1978 be used to reduce the
1979 Tax Levy for payment of Interest.
