WHEREAS, St. Croix County presently budgets for certain legal notice
publications in the County Board Appropriation, and,
WHEREAS, the 1978 County Board Appropriation will be insufficient
to pay for all necessary legal notice publication expenses this year,

WHEREAS, it is accordingly deemed necessary by the�Finance Committee
to create a new fund to be entitled County Board Printing and Publication
Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the St® Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the County Board Printing
and Publication Fund is hereby created effective immediately, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that $ 5,000.00 be transferred from the
general fund to the Legal Notice Publication Fund.
