WHEREAS, the County ;Merit Rule which is the State policies
noverninn the Social Service Department, requires that each County
adopt salary ranges providinn for a minimum and maximum salary for
each Rion -Union classification with the Department, and
WHEREAS, the St`o Croix County Personnel Committee has considered
and recommends the adoption of the attached compensation ranoes, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, in regular session, that the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors adopts the attached salary rannes fore the 7cn-Union
employees of the St. Croix County Department .of Social Services.
