RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, St. Croix County entered into an Agreement with David M. Griffith
and Associates for a 2 year Cost Allocation Recovery Plan by Resolution
No. 55 (77) at their August 8th, 1977 Session,
WHEREAS, it appears that St. Croix County may be eligible to recover
certain indirect costs related to the administration of Federally Funded County
Programs , and
WHEREAS, The recovery of said costs is dependent upon the filing of an
approved cost recovery plan which would be extremely difficult to prepare, and
WHEREAS, David M. Griffith and Associates of Glenview, Illinois have
offered to prepare said plan on a contingent fee basis which result in no cost
to the county, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Finance Committee be authorized
to enter into a contract with David M. Griffith and Associates for the
preparation of said updating cost recovery plan.
