W SOCIAL WORKER I POSITION,
ST. CROIX COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Department'of Social Services has
been experiencing increased referrals of children from the Public Schools,
Juvenile Intake, Health Center, Juvenile Shelter Care and the State of
Wisconsin; and
the Department cannot properly handle the increase
referrals with the present .staff; and
WHEREAS, there is partial additional state reimbursements
available for the new additional
WHEREAS, the Social Services Committee reviewed this matter on
y 5, 1975 and approved the new position, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee reviewed this matter on June
5, 1975 and concurred with the recommendation of the Social Services
Committee; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors at their regular session to approve the new Social Worker I
position for the St. Croix County Department of Social Services and to
grant salary in accordance with the 1978 Union Contract.
