TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY FUND TO
HOME NURSING CARE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Nome Nursing Care Program has recently gone through
a State audit in which -it was determined that the Home Nurse Care
Program was required to return $5,000.00 to Associated Hospital Service
Inca for medicare payments,
WHEREAS, there has been no County appropriations to the Home
Nurse Care Program for the years1974, 1976 and 1977, and with the
refund of the $5,000.00, it results in the Home Care Program operating
in a deficit,
WHEREAS, the Public Health Committee has requested the Finance
Committee for a transfer of $5,000.00 from the Contingency Fund to
the Home Nurse Care Program fund,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that $5,000.00 be transferred
from the Contingent Fund to the Home Nurse' Care' Program Fund.
