Resolution to authorize St. Croix Health Center Unified Board
to enter into a lease with State Department of Corrections for
3 acres of land to build a Pre -Release Center on St. Croix Health
Center on St. Croix Health Center land.
Whereas, the State Department of Corrections has requested to
lease three acres of land from the St. Croix Health
Center for a Pre -Release Center, and
Whereas, the St. Croix County Unified Board studied the situation
carefully, and
Whereas, the St. Croix County Unified Board has determined the
Pre -Release Center to be compatible with our mission
Now therefore be it Resolved that the St. Croix County Board
authorize the St. Croix Unified Board to negotiate
a lease for a three acres of land to the State Depart-
ment of corrections to build a Pre -Release Center for
a maximum of 12 prisoners at no cost to the County.
