RESOLUTION TO DEMOLISH HALFWAY HOUSE AT ST. CROIX HEALTH CENTER
Whereas, the St. Croix Health Center "Halfway House" does
not meet State Standards for Nursing Home Care, and
Whereas, the "Halfway House" has been vacant since April
1976 and is rapidly deteriorating, and
Whereas, any possible utilization of th-

Now therefore be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board
Authorize the St. Croix County Unified Board to advertise
for bids to demolish the Building and to accept the low
bid and have the Building demolished.
