Resolution # 7 '
BE IT RESOLVED that effective immediately upon'pas'sage of this resolution
the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby place a freeze on the
hiring of any additional new full time -employees in any department of St. Croix
County Government d all new programss
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this freeze on hiring shall continue and be
in effect for a period of one year or until rescinded by the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors whichever shall first occur, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall not apply to persons
hired to fill positions already created and funded with County funds as of_the
date of the passage of this resolution, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this does not apply to the hiring of people
under the CETA program but does apply to_the absorption of said positions.

persons funded under 100% Grant but does apply to the absorption
of said positions and does not apply to the Nursing Care portion
of the Health Center which is regulated by State Law and is
