WHEREASt vvisconsin Statute Section 56.08 provides that
persons sentenced to jail may be granted certain employiVent privileges,
also known as Huber Law privileges, and
Section 56.08(4) requires the Sheriff o--f' St.
Croix County to charge the Huber Law prisoners for board, as set
by the County Board, and
WHEREAS, the present charge for board for said Huber Law
11risoners is S4.00 per day, and
kHEREAS, the Law Enforcement Committee has.concluded that
said charge per day is insufficient to meet inflationary costs and
therefore recommends a35-00 per day charge for said boarca
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St® Croix County
Board of Supervisorso meeting in regular session, that 1--he charge
for board to Huber Law prisoners shall be increased to pel
day, effective January 1, 1979.
