ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED TRANSPORTATION
ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

WHEREAS9 Section 85.08(5) of'the Wisconsin Statutes authorizes
the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to make grants available
to the counties of Wisconsin for the purpose of assisting them in
providing specialized transportation services to the elderly and

WHEREAS, each grant must be matched with a local share of not
less than 10% of each county's allocation of state aids; and
