UPDATING INDIRECT COST ALLOCATION
PLAN'
RESOLUTION NO. /1 (79)
WHEREAS, ST. CROIX COUNTY entered into an Agreement with DAVID M.
GRIFFITH AND ASSOCIATES for a Indirect Cost Allocation Plan by
Resolution No. 49(78) at their June 13th, 1978 Session,
WHEREAS, it Appears that St. Croix County may again be eligible to
recover certain indirect costs related to the administration of Federally
Funded County Programs, and
WHEREAS, The recovery of said costs is dependent upon the filing of an
approved cost recovery plan which would beextremely difficult to prepare, and
WHEREAS, David M. Griffith and Associates.of Northbrook-, Illinois have
offered to prepare said plan on a contingent fee basis which result in no
cost to the County , THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Finance Committee be authorized
to enter into a contract with David M. Grifith and Associates for the preparation
of said updating cost recovery plan.
