WHEREAS, the Town of EMERALD on
JANUARY 9, , 1979, by resolution adopted the comprehensive
revision of the St. Croix County Land Use Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Said Town of EMERALD approved
as part of said resolution,.the zoning district map for the Town of
EMERALD identified on Attachment "A", as Map
9 o f 21 , and
WHEREAS, the Ste Croix County Board of Supervisors has reviewed said
zoning district map and approves of the same,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St® Croix County Board of
Supervisors, eeting in regular session hereby Vproves; the zoning
district map, identified on Attachment "A" as P # 9 of 21 , of the Town
of EMERALD
