WHEREAS, St. Croix County is initiating a cost sharing program
to encourage the setting, perpetuation, and recording of government
corners within St. Croix County; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to coordinate the effort of land
surveyors conducting land surveyswithin St. Croix County in regards to
the methods and procedures of locating, marking, recording, and
preserving the various,gov-rnment corners; and
WHEREAS, ,it'is deemed advisable to put such proposed program under
the general supervision of the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks.
Committee of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, to coordinate
the program of monumentation and recordation of government corners as
described above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors that, effective upon the adoption of ,this resolution, the
following policy shall be in effect with regard to the location of
