TITLE. Match money for S .te Senior Citizen Grant Program 1979

To the Honorable Board of Supervisors of St® Croix County
AND LADIES
WHEREAS, Chapter 29, THAWS OE 1977, authorizes the Wisconsin Department of
Ruth and Social Services to make grants to counties of Wisconsin, .in :order to
assist them in developing, expanding, or improving Senior Center facilitiea
programs for their older citizens, and
WHEREAS, $15,040 is available to the.State Senior Center Grant Programs
for St® Croix County, and
WHEREAS, the said County subgrant the money to any city, village or
township with the aid of the Council on Aging, and
WHEREAS, the St Croix County Council on Aging will make the appropriations
and the Senior Citizen Program Director and Coordinator be designated a; the
contact person,
ThEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that $7,520 be raised forthe Senior Center
Program cash match and the subgrantee provide the remaining tch, cash and/or
in -kind requirements. This cash match will not involve any county funds.
