WHEREAS, the Office Building in Hammond has been vacated by the
Public Health Nurse and funds were not budgeted for maintenance for
the Office Building in Hammond in the 1979 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning and Civil Defense Administrator's Office
has been moved as of March 15th, 1979 to occupy and conduct the
Zoning and Civil Devense Administration business at the Office
Building in Hammond;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AND IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the
St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular.session,
do hereby authorize the County Clerk of St. Croix County to transfer
$1500.00 from the County General Fund to the Office Building in
Hammond Account for the purpose of maintenance expenses.
