WHEREAS, Resolution # 11, dated August 20th, 1968 was adopted
by the St —Croix County Board of Supervisors establishing that the
February meeting be emphasized for the Departmental Annual Reports;
and,
WHEREAS, more Departments have been established in the County
since 1968, and More requirements are made upon Department Heads
after the closing of the previous year;
THEREFORE, it has been determined to be more efficient for
all Departmental Annual Reports to be conducted at the April.County
Board Session rather than February;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors in regular session that Resolution # 11 dated August
20th, 1968 be amended to read that all of the Departmental Annual
Reports be submitted to the County Board at the April Session,
commencing.in April of 1980.
