DAIRY WEEK IN ST. CROIX COUNTY
WHEREAS, agriculture is St. Croix County's largest and most
important industry and,
WHEREAS, agricultural sales amounted to 60 million in 1978 and
WHEREAS, the sale of dairy products amounts to 60% (35 mill -ion)
of the total farm product sales and
WHEREAS, dairy products are wholesome foods,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in May Session, that the week of June 10-16,
1979 be proclaimed as Dairy Week in St. Croix County.
