ATTORNEY FEES, COSTS AND JUOG 2.11rTS
WHEREAS, the St® Croix County Board feels it should always have the dis®
cretion as to when reimbursement will be made for attorney fees, costs and
judgements for deputy sheriffs or other officials, and
WHEREAS., Assembly Bill 105 would make such reimbursements for deputy
sheriffs mandatory.
N I THE-EFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the St® Croix County Board of Supervisors,
that this Board go on record as oeing opposed to Assembly Hill 105; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that our County Clerk forward copies of this
Resolution to Governor Dreyfus, State Senator Radosevich and State Assembly-
man Rarer. -,
