WHEREt�S, St � Croix County �: js deemed it advisahic .nd
desirable to designate one newspaper, pursuant to CrRyiers
955.05(1) and 985.03 of the hisconsin Statutes, ns its
official newspaper, and
WHEREAS, the Hudson Star Observer has been the official
newspaper for St. Croix County for the period of July 1, 1977
through June 30, 1979; and
AHEREAS, the New Richmond News has expressed a desire to
once again be the official newspaper for St® Croix County,
NOW THEREFOR- BE IT RESOLVED that the New Richmond 'ews,
a newspaper published weekly at New Richmond, Wisccn2 in, be
designated the official newspaper for St® Croix Count',.- for the
period of July 1, 1979 through June 30, 1981®
