Article,XV - LEAVE OF ABSENCE:
1. Amend Section "C" Elected Office, to limit leaves of absence for
political reasons to on,, term in offi,e. Clarify that persons on
this type of leave shall not accrue benefits or seniority, but 0uld
be restored to status prior to taking leave.
Article XVT - FUNERAL LEAVE: No change.
Article XVIT- SICK LEAVE: No change.
Article XVIIl- HOLIDAYS: No change.
Article XIX- VACATIONS: No change.
Article XX MILEAGE - HEAL ALLOLTANCF-
1. Revise Section "A" -,L1 lease, to compensate employees for 17(" pei- m-Lie
or the rate paid to County Board Supervisors for mileage, whichever
is greater.
Artic_Ie XXI- MEETINGS AND SCHOOLS: No change.
Article XXII - TERMINATION:
1. Revise language to reflect a two year agreement January 1, 1979,
through December 31, 1980.
Article XXIII SAVINGS CLAUSE: No change.
Article XXIV ENTIRE AGREEMENT: No change.
APPENDIX "A" SALARIES FOR 1279:
1. Increase all social workers $75-per month, increased all non-prcfesa'onal
classifications $60 per month except Income Maintenance assistant.,; w10
were increased $70,per month and Income Maintenance Workers who were
increased $14 per month.
APPENDIX "B" - SALARIES FOR 1980:
1. Increase all rates 8 1/2 % except if mandatory wage controls are
imposed in which case those wage controls will be implemented.
