Resolution
WHEREAS, Glenn Waxon, owner of High Meadows Subdivision
located in Section 26, Hudson Township, appeared before the Town
of Hudson Town Board of April 2, 1979, and requested a waiver
from the requirements of viisconsin Statutes Section 236.15(1)(h)
concerning the placement of monuments on subdivision lot corners,
due to an explained hardship; -and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 236.15(1)(h),
only the governing bodies for St. Croix County may waive said monu-
ments requirement; and
WHEREAS, after hearing I the alleged hardship, the Town Board
agreed to'recommend to the St® Croix County Board of Supervisors
that said governing body waive said monuments requirement; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Hudson Town Board consents to the said
waiver with the condition that the County,Zoning Administrator is
directed to supervise said waiver until said hardship is concluded,
or until April 1, 1980,'whichever comes first; and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has also been asked by Glen Faxon
to waive the said monuments requirement, as the County is also an
objecting and reviewing municipality required to approve the said
subdivision,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St® Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that St® Croix County
does consent to the waiver of the requirements of -,'isconsin Statutes
Section 236.15(1)(h) in the matter of the High Meadows Subdivision,
with the condition that the St® Croix County Zoning Administrator
.is directed to supervise said waiver until said hardship is con-
cluded, or until April 1, .198C, whichever comes first®
