RESOLUTION DELETING INACTIVE MEMBERS AND APPOINTING
NEW MEMBERS TO THE COUNTY AG LAND ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, guidelines of the Farmland Preservation Act of 1977 require
creation by the County'Board of a local advisory committee to assist
in the development and implementation of the county farmland preser-
vation program, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors on February 16,
1978 created such committee, and

WHEREAS, certain appointed members (Robert Harer, Fred Schutte, and
Mary. Louise Hallen) have been unable to attend meetings; and
WHEREAS, other residents of St. Croix County (Julie Speer, Greg Gillis,
Greg Zwald, and John Mentink) have expressed interest in serving on
such committee,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. CroixCounty Board of Super-
visors meeting in regular session, that Robert Harer, Fred Schutte, and
Mary Louise Hallen be removed from such committee; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Julie Speer, Greg Gillis,, Greg Zwald, and
John Mentink be appointed to serve on the St. Croix County Ag Land
Advisory Committee.
