DEFENSE FEES AND COSTS ACCOUNT®
Resolution
WHEREAS', on June 12, 1979 Resolutions #47(79'),, LP(79),
and 49(79) were passed by the St® Croix County Board of -Super-
visors, I meeting in regular session, which resolutions authorized
the payment of $10,336.38 by St® Croix County to certain County
Officers for reimbursement for attorney fees and costs incurred
while acting as County Officers; and
WHEREAS, these authorized reimbursements for attorney fees
and costs were not budgeted in the 1979 St. Croix County Budget,
NOIe,q THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St® Croix County Board
of -]upervisors, meeting in regular session, that tl-.e County Board
authorizes the County Clerk for St® Croix County to transfer
1110,336.38 from the County General Fund to an account entitled
"County Officers Legal Defense Fees and Costs."
