Delegation of Authority
1980 Contracts
St. Croix County Department of Social`Services
and
St. Croix County Health Center (51:42/51:437 Boards)
WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin requires that the State and the County
enter into a formal annual contract to enable reimbursement to the County for
program and administrative costs as setforth in the Contract; and
WHEREAS, Section 59:01 of the Wisconsin Statutes provides the County
with the authority to enter into such contracts; and
WHEREAS, Section 59:02 provides that the powers of the County can only
be exercised by the County Board of Supervisors or pursuant to a resolution off°
ordinance adopted by that board; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
meeting in Regular Session, that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors delegates
its authority under Section 59:01 to the Chairman of the County Board, pursuant to
Section 59:02, to enter into and execute a formal contract between the State of
Wisconsin and St. Croix County to provide for funding for the St. Croix County
County Unified Board, 51:42/51:437 Programs, and St. Croix County Department of Social
Services for the calendar year•1980.

I move to make an amendment to resolution 58/79
that was passed 9/11/79, as follows: amend the
last sentence of the last paragraph from 1980 to
1981 and each year thereafter.
