TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM ELF IT _TI TO ADC INSTITUTIONS
AND CARE OF FOSTER HOME CHILDRENACCOUNTS
HE S, the Social Services Department has a 1978 deficit i Institution
Care for Children in the amount of $30,651 and a 1978 deficit in Care of
Foster Howe Children in the amount of $8,735, and
WHEREAS, the Social Service Committee and Social Service Department has
attempted without success to obtain addit4onal State aid in meeting their
deficits, and
WHEREAS, the expenditures were necessary in meeting the needs of the children
requiring Foster Care and Institutional Care, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the S. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
meeting in regular session, that$30,651 be transferred from Welfare
Adminis on (53 1) to ADC in Institutions (3712) to meet the 1978
deficit, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $8,735 be transferred from Welfare Administration
(5361) to Care of Foster Home Children (. 3710)re the 1978 deficit.
