REVENUE SHARING.

WHEREAS, Federal Revenue Sharing has become an
important annual revenue for St® Croix County, and
WHEREAS, said revenue helps to reduce the property
tax burden on St. Croix County taxpayers, and
WHEREAS, Congress is presently debating whether or
not to continue Federal Revenue Sharing, or, in the
alternative, to reduce Federal Revenue Sharing,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St® Croix County
Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that said
Board strongly recommends to Congress that it continue Federal
Revenue Sharing, without any reductions whatsoever, and
BE.ITFURTHER RESOLVEDthat a, copy of this resolution
be sent by the County Clerk to Congressman Alvin Haldus
