Vr?EREAB, the present County Board per diems of 1.)30
per day for regular County Board Sessions and �'20 per day
for Committee Meetings was set by the St® Croix County Board
of Supervisors on November 10, 1971, and
I-MEREAS, due to. inflation, it is felt that these per
diems should be raised accordingly,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St® Croix County
Board of Supervisors,, meeting in regular session, that County
Board per diems be raised, effective the April, 1980, regular
County Board session, to $35 per day for each regular County.
Board -session, "30 per day for each full committee meeting,
and $20 ter day for each half -day committee meeting, A half®
day shall be defined as either a morning committee meeting
terminating no later than.1s00 p.m., or an afternoon committee
meeting .commencing -after 1®00 p.m. and terminating at the close
of committee business that s.arne day.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these increased per diem
amounts for County Board members shall be budgeted pro rata,
in the 1980 budget and in each subsequent budget®
