WHEREAS, the Legislature of the state of Wisconsin is
presently considering Senate Bill Number 242, a bill to providM
state reimbursement for counties having court -attached children's
services staff, and,
NOW, THEREFORE 'BE IT RESOLVED, by the St® Croix County
Board of Supervisors ir, regular session this 23rd day of October,
1979, that the Legislature of the state of Wisconsin is strongly
urged by this board to give favorable consideration to the passage
of Senate Bill 242, that passage of said Senate Bill 242 will be
a progressive step in the full implementation of all of the mandates
of the Children's Code of t-he state of Wisconsin as now in force®
