WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin has funds available for the
Emergency Fuel and Utilities Loan Assistance Program for the period of
July 1, • • June 30, •L1 and
WHEREAS, the program is optional ineachCounty and is an
interest free loan, limited to $250.00 per household per year; and
WHEREAS, the State allocation for St. Croix County is $6230.00
which requires a 10% county match of $623.00; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Social Services Committee re-
of Supervisors, in regular session, that the St. Croix County Departj
ment of Social Services be instructed to develop, iniplement-and
distribute the funds under the Emergency Fuel and Utilities Loan
Assistance Program; and
as the required 10% local match.

Be It Further Resolved that in the event additional funding is
made available by the State of Wisconsin, that St. Croix County be
authorized to increase participation accordingly should the need
exist in the County.
