TO APPROVE THE EXPENDITURE OF THE FY1980 COUNTY CONSERVATION

AIDS MONIES.
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Sportsmen's Alliance is dedicated to the

protection and wise use of our resources, and
WHEREAS, Bass Lake is one of our best lakes for public ifhsing in
St. Croix County, and
WHEREAS, Fishermen are.currently using private land as a boat access, and
parking along a public road.creating a traffic hazard, and
WHEREAS many Bass Lake residents, and the Somerset Town Board have

voided concern over the congestion problem,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED that the St. Croix,County Board approve
e expenditure of the FY 1980 County Conservation Aids monies to purchase
and/or develop an access and parking area on the north end. of Bass Lake.
The 1980 allotment amounts to $3,752.00 (50% State and 50% County
Conservation Fund monies).
