DESIGNATING BANK DEPOSITORY
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors has
become aware of the desirability of depositing all St. Croix County
funds and revenue in a single bank located within St. Croix County, and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County is authorized to do so pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors in regular session that the First National Bank,
New Richmond, Wisconsin is hereby designated as County depository;
and the treasurer of St. Croix County is required and authorized
to take all steps necessary to secure the deposit of all County
monies within said bank effective January 1, 1980 for a period
of one year.
