TO DEVELOP PLANS FOR NEW NURSING HOME AT
ST. CROIX HEALTH CENTER
WHEREAS, the 1897 portion of the St. Croix Health Center Nursing
Home receives multiple waivers to retain license and
WHEREAS, these multiple waivers will no longer be granted after
the 1980 Survey, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Unified Board recommends that,plans
be developed to build a new nursing home,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors authorize the St. Croix County Unified Board
and Special Building Committee of the County Board to
advertise for architectural services to develop plans
for the proposed new nursing home.
