A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE SALARY AGREEMENTS
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ST. CROIX AND THE
NON -REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES FOR 1980
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has met and negotiated with the
various bargaining units in the County, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has been authorized by the County
Board to recommend pay adjustments for non -represented personnel; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of St. Croix County as an employer
to grant salary increases to employees who are not otherwise represented by
bargaining units for the year 1980 to reflect changing economic conditions,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, in regular session, accepts and implements the 1980 wage and
salary recommendations of the Personnel Committee for the non -represented
employees effective January 1, 1980, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk is hereby authorized
to implement a 9 % salary increase and the salary adjustments as set forth in
Attachment A.,

ATTACHMENT A - St. Croix County Non -represented employees
All St. Croix County Non -represented employees shall receive a 9 % increase
in wages effective January 1, 1980 except those listed in this attachment.
The Personnel Committee recommends adoption of the following wage adjustments
for the positions listed herein. Each position is listed with the 1979 wage
rate, and an adjusted wage rate for 1980.
