RESOLUTION INCREASING THE MILEAGE PAID COUNTY EMPLOYEES FOR USE OF PERSONAL VEHICLES WHILE ON COUNTY BUSINESS WHEREAS, it is proper and equitable to compensate County Employees, elected officials, and County Board Supervisors for use of personal cars while on County business; and WHEREAS, the cost of operating vehicles is continually rising, and WHEREAS, the current mileage allowance is 17 cents for each mile; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the St. Croix County Board of APRrz Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that effective 3attda-pr 1, 1980 the mileage reimbursement for the County employees, elected officials, and County Board Supervisors who use their personal vehicles while on County business be compensated at a rate of 20 cents per mile for the same across the board, thereby discontinuing the practice of reimbursing at a rate of 17 cents per mile.
