WHEREAS, at their November session in 1974, the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors adopted,a resolution which resulted in the'
establishment of a system of Bicycle Routes in St. Croix County, and
WHEREAS, the sum of $9,500.00 was originally appropriated to`fund
the signing of such Bicycle Routes, and
WHEREAS, the signing of`these Bicycle Routes on the highways has
been.complet`ed with the -only work remaining being that of maintenance
of the signing on the 'Bicycle Routes system, and
WHEREAS, the Bicycle Routes Fund account maintained in the'High-
way Department records carries',a deficit balance of $215.53, and
WHEREAS, costs resulting from the routine maintenance of the
County Trunk Highway System are charged to the County Maintenance and
Snow Removal Fund account-.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors approve the transfer of the deficit in the ariount of $215.53
which currently exists in the Highway Department Bicycle Routes Fund
Account to the County Maintenance and Snow Removal Fund Account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any future expenditures arising from
the maintenance of the existing Bicycle Route system be charged`to the
Maintenance of the County Trunk Highway System account.
