RESOLUTION ELECTING NEW ST. CROIX COUNTY VETERANS' SERVICE OFFICER
WHEREAS, Willis Cramer, County Veterans' Service Officer for many years
has resigned the position, effective May 3, 1980, and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes Section 45.43 provides that the County Board
elect the successor County Veterans" Service Officer for a term from April
21, 1980, until the first Monday in January of the second year subsequent to
the year of his election, and
WHEREAS, the General Services Committee of the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, has met and has considered a number of qualified applicants
for the position of County Veterans' Service Officer, and
WHEREAS, the General Services Committee recommends that the St. Croix
County Board of Supervisors elect Eldon Bader as the new County Veterans'
Service Officer, effective April 21, 1980, at a beginning salary of $16,000
per year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Super-
visors, meeting in regular session, that Eldon Bader is hereby elected the
new St. Croix County Veterans' Service Officers effective April 21, 1980,
for a term continuing until the first Monday in. January of the second year
subsequent to the year of his election, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning salary for said position
shall be $16,000 per year.
