RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 58(75) AUTHORIZING ST. CROIX
COUNTY'S PARTICIPATION IN THE USE OF ALTERNATE SANITARY DISPOSAL
SYSTEMS.
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board adopted Resolution No. 58(75)
on July 8, 1975, and
WHEREAS, any usage of these alternate systems is under the
jurisdiction of the Division of Health of the State of Wisconsin, and
WHEREAS, said Division has established a new uniform code for
alternate sanitary systems, which counties may not be more restrictive, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 58(75), paragraph 6, states, "Systems
to be installed on existing housing only as replacement systems." which
is more restrictive than the new uniform code for alternate sanitary
systems
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that paragraph 6 of Resolution
No. 58(75) be deleted, effective upon passage of this Resolution so that
St. Croix County shall be in conformity with present state law.
