Resolution Appointing the Zoning Administrator to accept the
Wisconsin Fund Grant offer #004100
WHEREAS, The Department of Natural Resources has offer a grant for
the repair or replacement of private septic systems; and,
WHEREAS, responsibility for the control of private septic systems
rest with the Office of the Zoning Administrator.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the. St. Croix County
Zoning Administrator, be appointed to accept this grant money and distribute
it to the grant applicants according to the rules set forth in the offer.
