(3) The eligible projects will be completed as planned and that the
non -state costs will be paid by the individual, and the principal
residences and owners of small commercial establishments share
of the cost shall be at least 25% of the eligible costs.
(4) The State grants received under ss. 144.24 (10), Wis, Stats.,
will be used for private sewage systems that will be properly
installed and maintained.
(5) The county agrees that if additional personnel is required,
the St. Croix County Board of Supervisorsmay _ approve this
additional personnel as needed to properly administer the
Wis cons in Fund.
(6) That $150.00 will be used from each grant to cover additional
inspections, mileage and paper work required to administer the
Wisconsin Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the St. Croix County -Board of Supervisors
hereby designates the County Zoning Administrator to administer this pro-
gram, to submit grant applications, to accept grant awards from the State,
and to make payments in accordance with the provisions of ss. 144.24 (10),
NR 128.30 and conditions of the grant award.
