EMERGENCY FUEL AMID UTILITIES LOAN ASS-ISTANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin has funds available for the.
Emergency Fuel and Utilities Loan Assistance Program for the period of
July 1, 1980 through June 30, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the program is optional in each County and is an
interest free loan, limited to $250.00 per household per year; and
WHEREAS, the State allocation for St. Croix County is $6981.52
which requires a 10f/a county match of $698.15; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Social Services Committee re-
viewed the Program on October 7, 1980 and recommends participation
in the Program; and
NOW; TH MMRE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, in regular session, that the St. Croix County Depart-
ment of Social Services be instructed to develop, implement and
distribute the funds under the Emergency Fuel and Utilities Loan
Assistance Program; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that $698.15 be appropriated and approved
as the required 10% local match.
