Resolution #_S� Y� WHEREAS, St. Croix County acquired certain real estate in 1953 from George W. Granger and Mary B. Granger as a conveyance of lands to the County for highway purposes, and WHEREAS, a mistake was made on said conveyance whereby St. Croix County actually was conveyed 5.625 acres in excess of the real estate necessary for said highway purposes, and WHEREAS, Francis Schug and Rosella Schug, present owners of this real estate, have requested that St. Croix County quit claim its interest in the excess 5.625 acres to them so that they would then have clear title to the same, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in'regular session, that the County Board Chair- man and County Clerk be authorized to execute a quit -claim deed from St. Croix County to Francis Schug and Rosella Schug, husband and wife, as joint tenants for the following described real estate: Commencing at a point 219 feet north and 41.25 feet east of the S.W. corner of the N.W.-4 of the N.W.-4 of Section 19, T30N-R15W, thence north 300 feet, thence east 816.75 feet, thence south 300 feet, thence west 816.75 feet to the point of beginning.
