UNFINISHED BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS Mark Jensen from the Village of Roberts made a request for the speed limit on Hwy 65 from I94 /Hwy 12 be lowered. Chairman Shilts also mentioned the large trucks hauling bridge supports onto Hwy. 65 from County Concrete. Discussion was held on this issue. Mr. Helgeson stated the state is going to be studying Hwy. 65 to look at changes to intersections etc. Mr. Helgeson stated the state will look into the speed, but he feels the best answer is to get a handle on the main intersections. ANNOUNCEMENTS Mr. Johnson reviewed what was going on in the legislature. St. Croix County has 8 fatalities so far in 2005. Mr. Johnson stated that the state did a seatbelt study this year and Wisconsin's compliance is at 73.3°x. ADJOURNMENT Meeting Adjourned at 11:05AM. Respectfully Submitted, Pam Dabruzzi
